Fees
Our fee includes the conference itself, conference souvenir1 and gifts, lodging and meals, and insurance. Discounted rates are available for returning delegates and students of Cheongshim International Academy.
All costs noted are per delegate. If the cost hinders your ability to attend, please contact us to discuss your options further. We encourage delegation advisors to stay at our venue and support their students, and if this is the case, advisors will also be charged the room fees.
All fees should be transferred via wire transfer to our school account. All bank charges are the responsibility of advisors/delegates. Tax invoices will be available upon request.
International
The fee for international delegates will be 500 USD. Additional lodging and meals on the 13th and 16th will be provided.
Domestic
Domestic delegates’ fees will be 300,000 KRW during early registration period, 320,000 KRW during regular registration and 340,000 KRW during late registration.

Refund Policy
Full refund: for cancellations prior to January 8th for International Delegations and January 22nd 2024 for Domestic Delegates.
50% Refund: for cancellation prior to January 31st, 2024.
