Due to overwhelming interest, registration has closed early as we have reached full capacity. We sincerely appreciate your enthusiasm and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If you still wish to participate, we encourage you to sign up for our waiting list below.
In the event of cancellations or additional capacity, we will consider individuals from the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.


This is a conference for students in grades 7-12 from countries around the world.
The registration form will be available on this page. Note that spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please refer to details below and the the following pages prior to registering.

International

All international delegates must be registered as part of their school delegation by a MUN advisor or school administrator/principal. International registrations are due on January 8th. All delegations must have a minimum of one adult advisor/parent accompany them to Korea. Adults are welcome to stay with the students at the venue. The room fee will be charged. Otherwise, adults can drop in at the conference venue during the day but will not be provided a room1.

Form I (available soon on this page) will collect school and contact information alongside Advisor and Delegate numbers. Upon submission, the invoice and Form II will be emailed to you in 1-2 school days.

The invoice will contain the amount due and instructions for payment. Payments should be made via wire transfer to our school account. Advisors are responsible for all bank and wire transfer-related charges. Payments are due at the end of each registration period. Please note delegations are free to substitute students or advisors as long as the number of delegates and advisors remains unchanged until January 22nd. Form II will collect Advisor and Delegate information, liability waivers, country delegation and committee preferences.

Upon payment and form II completion, a registration confirmation email will be sent to you with your details. Please arrange for flights and visas after you receive your confirmation email. For more information on visas, please visit the Korean Immigration Service website. Letters confirming registration will be produced on request for visa applications.

Domestic

Domestic delegates2 may register either as part of their school delegation or individually.

School Delegation Registrations

School Delegations are registered by a MUN advisor or school administrator/principal. Adults are welcome to stay with the students at the venue. The room fee will be charged. Otherwise, adults can drop in at the conference venue during the day but will not be provided a room.

Cheongshim Delegates

At the end of the form, the form will provide the amount due and instructions for payment. Payments should be made via wire transfer to our school account. Delegates are responsible for all bank and wire transfer-related charges. The fee should be paid in full on the day of form submission to our school account.
